This could be in the role of the "Turnkey Contractor" facilitating the highest level of contracting responsibility. In this role Telelanga is held responsible for the overall project from assessment of user need to final completion, providing ultimate contracting comfort for the customer. This would include being responsible and accountable for the design of the entire required infrastructure as well as the implementation thereof.
